Apple Valentine’s Day Treat Idea: A quick and easy DIY to create for a classroom party, that’s perfect for those that require store-bought and package-only snacks!
Eeeeeeek! One night while vegging on the couch with my hubby, my sister sent me a text showing me the cutest thing that she did for her son’s Valentine’s treats this year! I immediately asked if I could share this idea with you, because it was too cute to keep to myself. Thankfully, she agreed, so here I am!
If you’re looking for a QUICK and fun alternative to a sugary Valentine’s Day treat, here you go!
Apple Valentine’s Day Treat Idea
“There are so many ‘raisins‘ why I’m glad you are my friend.
How adorable is that? I must say my sis is pretty crafty, and I don’t know how she manages it all. SUPER successful businesswoman, and a fantabulous momma too! If you missed her (what was actually a Facebook post on her personal page) blog post that I shared a while back on: 4 Takeaways to be a Better Mom, you HAVE to go read it. She has such a way with words that makes me all warm and fuzzy inside. (She’s a bit hysterical and witty too.)
Tutorial:
Grab the small boxes of raisins, type up what you want to say, and tie it around the box with ribbon, washi tape, or whatever your little heart desires. It’s that easy!
Don’t you also adore how she tied in a bible verse as well? OMG… LOVE.
Let me know if you made these! I’d love to see these floating around on Pinterest. You know… so she can have her 15 minutes of fame! š

This is adorable~ !! Love the healthy spin! My baby’s school won’t let her bring any food items in (allergies) but I would love to do something like this at one of her birthday parties, maybe as a cute favor! Stopping by from SITS and so glad I found you – your template is gorgeous! New Google+ follower š

This is creative and a healthy snack idea. However, I do have to say if I was a kid, I’d much rather have chocolate or those heart candies, but these are much better for them!

I just saw a really cute printable with this exact saying on it on Pinterest earlier today š I love healthy Valentine’s ideas! So cute š I really like the love notes on bananas and oranges that I’ve seen floating around the net lately too š Luckily my daughter’s school doesn’t do individual Valentine’s (woohoo!), instead the kids decorate their own large Valentine to bring in and all of the other kids sign it. Sooo easy š

Very cute idea! The schools around here have a nutrition plan in place that do not allow students to hand out candy and such. This is a perfect alternative!

Oh excellent!!!! I hope you get to use it one day! Thanks for stopping by!
