Yesterday I featured our Master Bedroom on Part 2 of our Home Tour, (See that post here: Part 2, Master Bedroom) So I thought I’d keep on with the flow of things and go right in to the “Master Bath,” for Part 3 of our Home Tour.
If you’d like to start from the beginning, check out “Part 1 of our home tour.”
I carried the décor theme over in to the bath, that we have going on in our bedroom. White and Gray seemed like a good, “clean,” look to have, and we can always add a “pop,” of color if we want to. Here you can see our double sink, and the entry to our walk-in shower. {I always gotta have my robe hanging outside the shower. That’s definitely one of my “must haves!}
The lighting in the shower makes it look a tad “yellow,” in the photo, but you’ll see below that the shower is a dark “slate” color.
I do love the shape of our double sinks! Different than the standard “bowl” shape, and helps carry on the modern look that we were going for.
See here, the shower is more of a dark slate color, and for sure my favorite part of the bathroom. Funny thing is… we actually received a different color than what my husband picked out, but we were happy with the new color and gave them the “go-ahead,” to put it up! It actually turned out nice. What do you think?
My husband always wanted a “rain shower” head, in our shower when we built one day. Well… he got one! I’m not a huge fan of rain shower heads, because I can’t stand water running in my face! Do you? So I leave that one turned off for sure.
Oh yes, the private toilet room! Yet… the kids always still manage to find me. How does that even happen?
I’m not even going to act like that I get to sit and relax in this Jacuzzi tub on a normal basis. I’m a mom of 2 young boys. This tub only sees toddler bubble baths for play time, right now. 🙂
The natural light coming in over the tub is a great touch, but no worries… the house sits up high enough, and no one can see in. Hee hee!
That’s it! I’m so glad you popped over again to follow us on the home tour! Come back tomorrow for the next room. Which one will it be???

Another gorgeous room, I am loving your faucets. And by “loving” I mean “coveting.” 🙂
Jessica says
Aw thank you! I did forget to mention that all of our faucets and hardware are “oil rubbed bronze,” in case you needed to know! 🙂
Rebekah says
I love the color of the shower slate! What color were you originally going for?
Jessica says
Actually a lighter color! The floor of the shower is a creamy color, so we were going for a lighter color to match that, but honestly the contrast between the two colors turned out nice! 🙂

Hello i addooreeee your master bath, what paint did you use for the walls? Love the shade !
Jessica says
Hey!! Thank you!!! The paint color is “Pavestone,” from Sherwin Williams! I hope that helps! XO

I can spend hours stay in your bathroom reading a book and dip myself in the jacuzzi. It is gorgeous. Thanks for sharing.

Oh I wish I could spend hours in the Jacuzzi! Maybe one day when they kiddos are grown, I hope I can actually enjoy the tub! Haha!

It’s beautiful! I love the slate in the shower. The whole bathroom looks timeless but very simple and clean.

Just a “heads up”, my son is 23 and still walks through the house and tries to have conversations with me through the bathroom door, ha!
PS You mentioned your hubby’s co name…so I assume you’re from MO. Both me and my son attended college in Springfield, MO. 🙂
Jessica says
Oh no!!! Don’t tell me that! LOL! Oh yes!! We are from Missouri! From Farmington, actually! {If you’ve heard of that!?} My sister actually went to college in Springfield too. 🙂 SMALL world!
