I’ve been told a lot, “Only you guys Jessica,” and “Why can’t you guys ever do anything the normal way?” Well, when I had 2 weeks left of my second pregnancy, we moved in to our new house. Yes, I know that’s not the ideal time to move in to a new home, but when all of our baby items were in a storage unit, waiting on our house to be completed, it HAD to happen. So, here I was, HUGE & pregnant, trying to move in to the house and set up for a baby all at the same time. {I wouldn’t recommend it.}
So when things “slowed down,” (haha, like they ever do) I thought I would send out a “We’ve Moved,” announcement, and combine that some how with a “baby announcement.”
I immediately started Googling ideas, and happened across adorable moving and birth announcement templates on Etsy, from Pipeup, that combined both of the changes going on in our lives. (I thought the “New Baby, New Crib,” wording was a fantabulous saying, so I didn’t even hesitate changing that.)
All I had to do was email Pipeup our new address, and our little guy’s birth info! So easy, and so adorable! I had Heather add a chevron pattern to the back to give it a little flair. 😉
Pipeup also makes Christmas cards, and she’s offered my readers a 10% discount on her digital designs! {See coupon code below}

(Yes, I “blurred,” out the address section, because I didn’t think everyone needed to know EVERYTHING about me. 🙂 )

So even though it’s rare that you need to combine moving and birth announcements, it may happen, and when it does… you have an option! 🙂
