  • 8 potatoes
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 packet Hidden Valley Fiesta Ranch Seasoning Mix
  • salt & pepper to taste


  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit
  • Wash, and slice potatoes. Cut your potato longways in half, then halve each half again, so you have 4 pieces.
  • In a large bowl, mix together wedges, olive oil, and the Fiesta Ranch seasoning packet
  • On a cookie sheet covered in aluminum foil, line the wedges, (not touching)
  • Bake at 400 for 35-40 minutes, or until potatoes are cooked through.
