Baked Fiesta Ranch Potato Wedges Recipe: An easy potato side dish recipe, that's quick for a weeknight meal, bbq, or special steak dinner.

- 8 potatoes
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 1 packet Hidden Valley Fiesta Ranch Seasoning Mix
- salt & pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit
Wash, and slice potatoes. Cut your potato longways in half, then halve each half again, so you have 4 pieces.
In a large bowl, mix together wedges, olive oil, and the Fiesta Ranch seasoning packet
On a cookie sheet covered in aluminum foil, line the wedges, (not touching)
Bake at 400 for 35-40 minutes, or until potatoes are cooked through.
