Ingredients

cups
cooked shredded chicken
I used a rotisserie Chicken
1
cup
shredded cheese
1
Tablespoon
fresh cilantro
1
can
RO*TEL diced tomatoes with green chilis
drained
1
teaspoon
chili powder
1
teaspoon
cumin
1/4
cup
sour cream
2
puff pastry sheets
2 usually come in a pack
1
egg
1
Tablespoon
Water
sour cream
for dipping (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
Mix together the first 7 ingredients.
Unfold puff pastry, and cut 2-inch circles with a cookie cutter.
Put 1 Tablespoon of the chicken mixture in the center of each circle
Mix egg and water together to make the egg wash.
Brush the egg wash around the edges of the circle and fold to make a half circle. Use a fork to seal.
Poke a couple of holes on top with a toothpick to let steam.
Place on a baking sheet or cake pan, and bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Dip with sour cream if desired.
