Honey-Sriracha Chex™ Mix
This Chex mix recipe is super easy to make and is the perfect salty treat. Chex, popcorn, nuts, and peanuts are coated in a spicy Sriracha sauce.

corn Chex™ cereal
3
cups
rice Chex™ cereal

cup
roasted, salted peanuts
1
cup
waffle pretzels
2
Tablespoons
butter
3
Tablespoons
Sriracha
2
Tablespoons
honey
3
cups
popped popcorn
Instructions
In a large microwavable blow, mix cereals, peanuts, and pretzels. Set aside.
In a small microwavable bowl, microwave butter uncovered on high about 20 seconds or until melted.
Stir in Sriracha sauce and honey. Pour over cereal mixture; stir until evenly coated.
Microwave uncovered on high 5-6 minutes, thoroughly stirring every 2 minutes.
Spread on waxed paper to cool, about 15 minutes. Place in serving blow; stir in popcorn. Store in airtight container.
