- 2 lbs boneless pork chops
- 20 oz. baby potatoes halved
- 4 cups green beans trimmed
- 4 tbsp. olive oil divided
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F and spray a large sheet pan with cooking spray or parchment paper.
Place baby potatoes and green beans on the pan and toss with salt, pepper, and 2 tbsp. olive oil.
Lay pork chops on the pan and brush with remaining 2 tbsp. olive oil.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper or seasoning of your choice.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until pork chops are fully cooked and potatoes are tender enough to be pierced easily with a fork.
