Ingredients

raw brussel sprouts
12
slices
cooked bacon
crumbled
3/4
cup
toasted pecans
chopped
1/2
cup
dried cranberries
1/2
cup
honey
1/2
teaspoon
salt
1/2
teaspoon
pepper
1/4
cup
olive oil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425℉
Prepare brussel sprouts by washing, trimming and cutting in half.
Place brussel sprouts on a baking sheet.
In a small bowl, mix olive oil, honey, salt, and pepper.
Drizzle olive oil mixture over brussel sprouts on the pan.
Hand toss to coat.
Bake at 425℉ for 30 minutes or until slightly blackened stir once during bake time.
Evenly distribute bacon crumbles, toasted pecans, and dried cranberries to the baking sheet. Bake 5 more minutes.
Serve and enjoy!
