If making your own cheese
processed cheese
10
ounces
diced tomatoes and green chilies
Such as Rotel
Topping Ideas
salsa
sour cream
green onions
lettuce
black olives
pico de gallo
refried beans
cooked chicken pieces

guacamole

chips
Instructions
Melting the Cheese
If making your own nacho cheese: Slice the processed cheese (Velveeta) and place into a microwavable bowl.
Pour in the can of diced tomatoes and green chilies. (Undrained)
Microwave for 2-3 minutes. Stirm and then cook again in 1-2 minute increments until melted.
To keep warm for nacho bar, place melted cheese in a slow cooker or in a food warmer.
Assemble Nachos
In small dishes or plates, start by placing tortilla chips down first. Pour cheese on top and top with favorite toppings!
