Blue Cheese Dip: Made of simple ingredients like sour cream, mayo, green onions, spices, lemon juice, and of course, blue cheese crumbles. This no bake recipe is delicious to serve with fresh vegetables, your favorite crackers, or even as a thick blue cheese dressing on top of a side salad.
Pour all of the ingredients in to a small or medium mixing bowl and stir to combine.
Cover the bowl with a lid or plastic wrap, and place in the refrigerator and chill for a few hours at least, or even overnight.

Storage: Blue cheese dip is good for at least 4-5 days, if stored properly in the refrigerator.What to dip in blue cheese: Celery, carrots, crackers, summer sausage, and other vegetables are great to serve with this dip.
