3cupsshredded chickenRotisserie chicken already cooked from the grocery store is a great option! If not, about 4 pieces of frozen chicken tenderloin pieces
1cupblack beans
4corn tortillas
1avocadomashed
1/2cupsalsa
1/2cuplettuce
1/2cuptomatoesdiced
coconut oil or olive oilif cooking chicken
minced garlic
salt and pepperto taste
Instructions
Cook chicken in a skillet with oil & garlic until done & then shred
Heat up black beans & tortillas (just in the microwave)
Place chicken, black beans, avocado, tomatoes, & lettuce in a tortilla & enjoy!
