crumbled

sausage

eggs
plus 4 egg whites

milk

black pepper

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Brown ground sausage, drain and set aside.
In mixing bowl, whisk eggs and egg whites. Add milk, salt, pepper, cheeses and cooked meats.
Pour mixture into greased pie pan and bake uncovered for 40 minutes.
