Grilled Seasoned Vegetables
This veggie side dish is so delicious and perfect for the grill! Pair with steak for a quick and easy dinner!

Ingredients
24
oz
mixed veggies
I purchased pre-washed, packaged. Easier the better for me!
1/2
cup
olive oil
2
Tablespoons
honey
1/2
lemon
squeezed
1
Tablespoon
soy sauce
3
cloves
garlic
minced
Instructions
Preheat grill to medium heat.
Put mixed veggies into a sealable, gallon sized bag.
Mix all ingredients but mixed veggies together in a small bowl. Whisk until combined, and pour over veggies.
Seal bag, and toss to coat.
Pour out veggies on to a sheet of aluminum foil/grill basket, that is sprayed with non-stick spray.
Place on the grill, and cook {tossing occasionally}, for about 15 minutes, or until veggie tenderness reaches your desired tenderness.
