Break mozzarella pearls apart and place in medium sized mixing bowl.
Chop tomatoes and avocado in to small, bite-size pieces and add to bowl.
Chop fresh basil in to small pieces, and sprinkle on to veggies and cheese.
Drizzle olive oil on to mixture and sprinkle on the salt.
Stir to combine and then serve!

Tip: Remove seeds and insides of tomato and discard. Adding this to the salad is not ideal. Storing: When a tomato is refrigerated, it can tend to become more firm and lose flavor. However, if you happen to have some of this leftover chopped caprese salad, it must be stored in the refrigerator.Store in an airtight container, or by placing plastic wrap over the bowl it was made in, in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
