1cupblueberriesgive/take the amount (Fresh or Frozen)
Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl. Whisk to remove any large lumps.
Add in all wet ingredients and mix until well combined.
Preheat a griddle or large skillet until warm and add in about 2 tablespoon of butter.
Using a measuring cup, measure out ¼ cup of batter and place in the middle of the skillet or on the griddle. If you are using a griddle place pancakes about 1-2 inches apart. Top with 5-6 fresh blueberries and press lightly into the batter.
Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown, flip and repeat.
