chicken breasts
skinless, boneless

lb
new potatoes
cut in to chunks

tablespoon
olive oil
salt
to taste
pepper
to taste
1/2
teaspoon
garlic powder
1/2
teaspoon
dried basil
1
teaspoon
dried parsley
1/2
teaspoon
dried thyme
1/2
cup
chicken stock

tablespoon
fresh grated parmesan
Instructions
Toss the chicken and potatoes with salt, pepper and olive oil in a large bowl.
Add herbs and toss to coat.
Place the potatoes in the Instant Pot. Place the chicken on top of the potatoes.
Pour in the chicken stock.
Close the lid and cook at high pressure for 15 minutes.
Once the cooking is done, perform a quick pressure release.
Open the lid and sprinkle with parmesan.
Serve and enjoy!
