4-5cobsCorn on the Cobor however many can fit in to your Instant Pot
1cupwateror broth or stock (maybe a little more for an 8 qt. Instant Pot)
Instructions
Place trivet in Instant Pot and place ears of corn on top of the trivet, making sure the lid will be able to close, you can add as many that will fit.
Pour in water (or stock).
Pressure cook on high for 2 minutes and then quick release!
Serve!

MORE Flavor: Adding stock (chicken, vegetable, beef, or any flavor of broth) will add more flavor to your corn on the cob but definitely not necessary!For Frozen Corn on the Cob: Fresh corn on the cob would ALWAYS be nice but living in the mountains, frozen is how I roll most of the time! If you have frozen corn on the cob, follow the same directions, just cook for 4 minutes instead of the 2 minutes!Pressure cooking the corn WITH husks? Trim the ends and cook for 4 minutes instead of 2 minutes!
