Wash and dry apple. Using a mandolin or very sharp knife, slice apples into very thin slices. Lay flat on paper towel and pat dry. Spray both sides with nonstick spray and sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
Place in single layer in the basket of your air fryer. This will take a few batches. Cook at 350 degrees for 6 to 7 minutes, shaking the air fryer basket every 2 minutes. When you remove them, they will not be entirely crispy. They will crisp as they cool. Allow to cool and enjoy right away or store in an airtight container.
