Easy Sweet Potato Crunch Casserole

Not only does this sweet potato casserole smell heavenly while baking, it tastes amazing too! Buttery sweet potatoes with a hint of nutmeg are topped with a crunchy cinnamon pecan topping that is to die for!

Ingredients

Combine the Sweet Potato Mixture

Begin by mashing the sweet potatoes. Combine the mashed sweet potatoes with the wet ingredients. 

Combine the Pecan Crust Mixture

Combine all of the pecan mixture ingredients together.

Layer

Layer the mixes in a large casserole dish by spreading out the sweet potato mixture and then topping it with the pecan crumbles.

Bake

Bake the casserole for about 30-40 minutes at 350. Serve warm!
