Ingredients

russet potatoes

chicken broth

heavy whipping cream

whole milk

Instructions
Cut potatoes into small 1/2 inch cubes or so.
Boil potatoes in water, in a large stock pot until tender.
Drain potatoes and return to pot.
Add in remaining ingredients, and let simmer for at least 10-15 minutes to let cook through.
