Slice cucumber into thin slices and place in a bowl with 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Set aside for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, combine yogurt, sour cream, dill, lime juice, pepper, garlic powder, and 1/4 teaspoon salt together in medium-sized bowl.
Slice radishes very thin and add to yogurt mixture.
Drain cucumbers and press dry with a paper towel; add to radishes and yogurt mixture, and toss until evenly combined.
Cover and chill for at least an hour.
Makes 4-6 servings.
