Start by gathering your treats and grabbing your favorite large wooden board or platter.
In the center of the board, place 3 small bowls on a diagonal. Fill the bowls with the milk chocolate gold coins and Lucky charms cereal.
Next, place a bowl of mini Reese cups and a bowl of Rolo’s diagonal from each other on opposite corners of the board.
Fill the board with skittles and your store-bought green cupcakes, creating a design.
Add your rainbow Airhead Extremes and golden Oreos to create a flow and fill in the board.
Make some small marshmallow skewers with the party toothpicks, green marshmallows, and shamrocks from Lucky charms marshmallows.
Add the tiny marshmallow skewers and a few scattered gold coins as a special touch to finish up your St. Patrick’s Day Charcuterie Board!
Notes
Making ahead of time: You can either make some of the board the night before or all of the board but be cautious of styling items on the board that could become stale with too much time sitting out.Storage: Store any leftover items in airtight containers.Tip 1: You can use different sizes of bowls to elevate items to mix up the flow, and add more/less of items in the bigger/smaller bowls.Tip 2:Feel free to get creative and use your favorite green and rainbow treats, either store-bought or homemade, to make this board your design!
