Broccoli crunch salad uses bacon, goat cheese, cranberries, Greek yogurt, mayonnaise and a few other ingredients and it's a great make-ahead salad recipe!

Broccoli Salad Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, add 5 cups broccoli florets, 8 slices thick-sliced bacon, ½ cup dried cranberries, ½ cup sliced almonds, ⅓ cup diced red onion, and ¼ cup crumbled goat cheese.
In a small mixing bowl, combine the ½ cup mayonnaise, ½ cup plain Greek yogurt and the ½ teaspoon granulated sugar. Mix with a whisk to combine.
Broccoli Salad Dressing Instructions
Pour dressing over broccoli mixture and stir to combine. It's ready to serve or you can place in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
Notes
You can leave the sugar out if you prefer.Store any leftovers in the refrigerator and enjoy within 4-5 days.
