Chicken bacon ranch bites are a delicious filling made of ranch dressing, chicken, bacon inside of a crescent roll cup, making this an appetizer recipe that will go quickly!
Mix all the ingredients (except crescent dough) into a bowl.
Open the crescent dough and form into a ball. The dough is easier to work with if used right out of the refrigerator. If it gets too warm, it will be sticky.
Pull off small pieces of dough and flatten it (in your hand) out to a circle shape.
Press the dough down into a greased mini muffin tin.
Spoon a scoop of the chicken filling into each cup. Top with a little more cheese if you wish!
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until crescent is golden brown.
Notes
For make-ahead instructions: If you'd like to make this ahead of time, I recommend making the filling only, ahead of time. Then, when ready to serve, assemble the crescent roll cups, fill, and then bake.Add-on Ideas: Love extra flavors? Sprinkle with parmesan cheese, crushed red pepper, or drizzle with extra ranch dressing.
