Ham Casserole - This Ham & Swiss Casserole Recipe is comfort food at its finest! Noodles, cream of mushroom soup, swiss cheese make this a quick & easy dish!
8oz.egg noodlespre-cooked according to package directions
2cupshamchopped in to bite sized pieces
1can cream of mushroom soup
½cup sour cream
¼cuphalf and half
2clovesgarlicminced
½oniondiced
2tablespoonbuttermelted
3tablespoonpoppy seedsoptional
½teaspoonpepper
1teaspoonsalt
2cupsswiss cheeseshredded or grated
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350º
Spray a 9 by 13 pan with cooking spray.
Mix all of the ingredients except the cheese in a large bowl.
Pour the mixture into the sprayed pan.
Top with the Swiss cheese and more poppy seeds, if desired.
Bake, covered, for 45 minutes.
Remove the cover and bake for another 15 minutes or until bubbly.
