Grease or line with parchment paper an 8 inch square baking tin. Set aside.
Stove Top Method - Preferred
I've found this this method works best for me, since white chocolate chips haven't been melting well in the microwave for the last few years. Stove-Top Method: place a mixing bowl over a saucepan with simmering water, ensuring the bottom of the bowl doesn’t come into contact with the water. Add the white chocolate chips and stir constantly (using a silicone spatula works best) until almost all of the chocolate has just melted. Add the condensed milk and peanut butter. Mix in, and then remove from heat. DO NOT overcook.
Microwave Method
Add the condensed milk, white chocolate and peanut butter to a microwave safe bowl. Microwave in 30 second blocks, stirring each time, until the chocolate has melted.
Chill
Pour the melted mixture into the prepared pan. If desired, sprinkle with the sea salt flakes, and then place in the fridge to set for 2 hours.
Once the fudge has set, slice with a sharp knife and enjoy!

Notes
The original recipe called for 13 ounces of white chocolate but I've found that I prefer using white chocolate chips and those come in 11 ounce bags, so using just one bag of chips works great.
