1cuppork roast drippings(Or 2 cups if you have enough and omit the broth below.)
2 ½tablespoonscornstarch
3tablespoonsbutter
½teaspoonssalt
½teaspoonsblack pepper
1cupbrothpork, chicken, vegetable or broth (See notes)
½tablespoonsWorcestershire sauce
Instructions
Mix the ingredients. Place the roast drippings, cornstarch, butter, salt, pepper, broth (if using), and Worcestershire sauce into a medium saucepan and whisk together. It's ok if it's not mixed well, the ingredients will melt and mix together when placed on heat.
Cook over medium-low heat until the butter melts, stir continuously. This should take about 5 minutes.
Thicken. Allow the mixture to come to a simmer over medium heat and cook while stirring until the gravy thickens to your liking. About 2 minutes.
Notes
The type of broth that you use can alter the flavor a bit, so although pork broth would be best, I know that can be hard to find. So using a broth such as chicken, vegetable or beef are substitutes if needed.
