polenta

parmesan cheese

shredded mozzarella

Instructions
Add water, polenta, and salt in the INSTANT POT whisk to combine.
Seal the lid and select PORRIDGE/OATMEAL function. Set the settings to 20 minutes.
When the cycle completes, allow the pressure to release naturally for about 10 minutes.
Remove the lid, whisk polenta until smooth Add in butter and cheese and mix properly.
Serve hot with shredded mozzarella on top.
Notes
You can store the polenta in an airtight container for 5 days in the refrigerator or around 3 months in the freezer.
