Ingredients

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350° and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, cream together butter and cream cheese.

Add in vanilla extract and egg and combine.
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract,

Next, add in cake mix and stir until well blended.
15.25 ounces Strawberry Cake Mix
Add in white chocolate chips. Fold until it’s evenly corporated.

Using a cookie scooper, scoop out the dough and form it into 1” ball.
Drop them into the powdered sugar and roll them around until coated.
2 cups powdered sugar
Place them about 2” apart on the baking sheet.
Bake for about 10-13 minutes.
Once it’s out of the oven, let cool for about 5 minutes.

Tips for the Best Cookies:
Make sure the butter and cream cheese are at room temperature.
Be careful not to overmix the dough when you add the cake mix.
If your dough is too sticky to shape, chill it in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
Do not overbake the cookies.
Store the cookies in an airtight container to maintain their softness.
