Taco salad with Catalina dressing takes traditional taco salad flavor to the next level with the crisp lettuce, tender beef and cheese, and crunchy Doritos!
9.75ouncebag of nacho cheese chips, crushedsuch as Doritos

Instructions
First, cook ground beef in a skillet on a the stove, over medium-heat, mashing and breaking in to small pieces until the meat is no longer pink. If there's grease after cooking, drain the grease.
Next, add package of taco seasoning and a splash of water and stir to combine. Allow meat to cool.
Wash lettuce and allow it to dry, and chop in to bite-size pieces.
If serving as a large batch, place chopped lettuce in a large bowl, or large platter. Top with all of the taco meat, shredded cheese, crushed Doritos, and Catalina dressing. Toss until thouroughly mixed together. Top with chopped green onions if desired.If making individual servings, place a ¼ of the lettuce in a dinner plate or dinner bowl, and top with ¼ of all of the remaining ingredients, and toss until combined. Enjoy!
