Ingredients

Whipped Cream Ingredients:

heavy whipping cream

granulated sugar
Topping:
chocolate shavings

Instructions
Preheat over to 350 degrees.
Spray mini muffin tin with nonstick spray.
Mix the cookie ingredients in the order of the recipe in your stand mixer.
Take 1 Tablespoon of cookie dough and roll into a ball.
Press cookie dough into the muffin tins.
Bake for 9-10 minutes, then let cool completely.
Whip the cream, vanilla, and sugar in your stand mixer until it forms thick peaks (about 10 minutes).
Place a heaping tablespoon of whipped cream on top of each cookie cup and top with dark chocolate shavings.
