Ingredients

  • 1 box Fudge Brownie Mix (and ingredients needed)
  • 8 oz. Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 jar Nutella
  • 8 oz. Cool Whip
  • Ice Cream Fudge Topping

Instructions

  • Start by preparing brownie mix according to box instructions.
  • Pour prepared batter into a cheesecake pan.
  • Bake according to box instructions.
  • Let cool completely.
  • Mix together cream cheese, powdered sugar, Nutella, and cool whip. Whip with a blender until smooth.
  • Pour on top of the brownie and smooth out with a spatula.
  • Refrigerate for about two hours, until set.
     
  • Drizzle with fudge.
  • Optional: If you want to save a little brownie batter, you can bake and top cheesecake with crumbled brownie.
