Or what about all of you Nutella lovers out there? You know who you are? The ones that look for just about every possible way to add Nutella to something? (Ahem, my sister would be one of these I speak of.)
Well no matter if you’re a chocolate lover or a Nutella lover, you’re going to ADORE this Nutella Cheesecake recipe, with its no-bake filling, that sits on a baked brownie crust.
Nutella Cheesecake with a Brownie Crust
As you know, any recipes you find here will be “slightly homemade”. That means that although I like to cook for my friends and family, it doesn’t mean that I like to stand in a kitchen all day doing it.
I’m a busy mama, and I’m not a fan of gourmet cooking at the end of a long day or on a weekend when I’d rather be going out and about, doing something with my family.
This recipe is the perfect type of “slightly homemade” that I speak of. It’s made with everyday ingredients and those that can easily be picked up at almost any grocery store.

Its crust is made using a boxed brownie mix (my favorite brand is the one from Save-a-Lot, so if you have one of those, I totally recommend it.) and the no-bake cheesecake filling is filled with, you guessed it… Nutella, cream cheese, cool whip, and powdered sugar.
Brownie Crust Cheesecake
You’ll want to start by making sure you have the ingredients that you need to make the brownie crust, with the boxed mix. The box mix that I use, uses water oil and egg… so ingredients that your more than likely have on hand anyway, right?
Then simply bake it in a cheesecake pan, to form the brownie crust!
No Bake Cheesecake Filling
Once the brownies have baked and cooled, start mixing together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, Nutella, and cool whip in a medium-size bowl. Whip with a blender until smooth.
Then, you’ll pour this on top of the baked brownie crust, and refrigerate for at least two hours.
To add a little pizzazz to your Nutella cheesecake, drizzle with fudge, or top with whipped cream! OR, you can save a little of the brownie batter and bake it separately to crumble and add on top for more yummy brownie goodness!
