Cheesecake Bites: No baking, no cooking, no prep… these effortless dessert mini’s are perfect for entertaining, taking along to the family gathering or just to snack on!
You all will DIE when I spill the beans below, on how easy it is to make these Cheesecake Bites.

I always try to make these for my parties, because I can switch up the topping, and color code it to my party theme!
Remember my Nautical Party? Yep, used blueberries for the blue color scheme, and it worked perfectly.

Alright… so are you ready to see how I make these little things?
Effortless Cheesecake Bites
I grab three ingredients…
• Baked Mini Filo Shells {Usually in the freezer section}
• Ready to eat Cheesecake Filling
• Topping {fruit, a drizzle of caramel/chocolate sauce, candy, cookie, etc.}

I use a plastic bag to fill the filo shells with the cheesecake filling. Just cut the tip of the bag, and you’re able to fill them effortlessly, and it creates a little pretty dollop.

Add your choice of topping, and you have a gorgeous little dessert.

Is that not crazy how easy these are? And don’t EVEN get me started on how delish. I could eat the cheesecake filling straight out of the tub. 😉
