Biscoff Fudge: Creamy layers of cookie butter infused fudge, white chocolate fudge and crunchy cookie pieces make this easy no-bake dessert absolutely irresistible!
Line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.
In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract and microwave in 30-second intervals until the mixture is hot, but not bubbling.
Quickly add the white chocolate chips to the hot milk mixture and let them sit for about 30 seconds before stirring to allow the white chocolate chips to melt. You can microwave it for an additional 30 seconds if needed to melt the chips completely. Stir until all chips are melted and the mixture is smooth. Remove 1 1/2 cups of the white chocolate chip mixture and set it aside.
Now, add the cookie butter and fine Biscoff crumbs into the large bowl of warm white chocolate mixture.
Stir the biscoff fudge mixture until the cookie spread and cookie crumbs are incorporated. (Work quickly as the fudge will start to thicken fast.)
Pour the cookie butter mixture into the prepared dish and evenly pour or spread it in the bottom of the pan. Then, pour or spread the remaining white chocolate mixture that you set aside over the biscoff layer.
Sprinkle the large Biscoff biscuit pieces over the top of the white chocolate fudge layer. Place the dish in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to all the fudge to cool and set.
Remove the fudge from the refrigerator and cut it into about 30 squares. Serve this easy fudge chilled or at room temperature.
