2packages instant chocolate pudding mix3.9 ounce each
2½cupscold milk
8ouncecontainer of whipped topping, thawed

Instructions
Combine the chocolate pudding and milk in a large bowl and whisk until the pudding thickens.
Spread half of the chocolate pudding over the bottom of the pie crust and set aside.
Add half of the whipped topping to the remaining pudding and fold to combine. Spread the mixture over the pudding in the pie crust.
Top the pie with the remaining whipped topping. Refrigerate for at least four hours.
Garnish with chocolate shavings if desired before slicing and serving.
