Preheat your oven to 350°F. Prepare a baking pan or sheet with parchment paper.
Slice the Hawaiian sweet rolls in half horizontally, creating a top and bottom layer. Place the bottom half in a baking dish.
Spread 1 cup pizza sauce over the bottom halves of the rolls, spreading it evenly. Place a piece of provolone over the sauce. Add a layer of sliced pepperoni on top. Sprinkle 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese and ½ cup grated parmesan over the sauce. Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning. Place the top half of the Hawaiian rolls over the toppings.
Mix 4 tablespoons of melted butter, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of dried oregano, and 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley in a small bowl. Brush the butter and herb mixture evenly over the tops of the rolls.
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the oven for about 15 - 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the sliders are heated through.
Once done, remove them from the oven and let them cool slightly. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top before serving.
