Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F.
In a medium size bowl, add cracked eggs, salt, and pepper and whisk.
In a medium-sized, non-stick skillet, pour in the eggs and cook over low-medium heat, stirring often, until eggs become cooked solid and scrambled. (About 3-4 minutes.) Remove from heat.
Separate bagels in to top and bottom pieces, and place bottom pieces in a 9x13 baking dish. Spread about a teaspoon or so of cream cheese on each bottom bagel half.
Pour cooked, scrambled eggs on top of cream cheese bagels.
Next, place cooked bacon pieces on top of the eggs.
Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top of the bacon pieces.
Place tops of bagel halves on top of the cheese.
Brush tops of bagels with melted butter (you may not need to use all of the butter) and sprinkle the Everything But the Bagel Seasoning on top of the buttered bagels.
Place baking dish in preheated oven, and bake bagel sliders for about 20 minutes or until it looks as if the cheese has melted the tops of the bagels have turns a slightly golden brown.
Notes
These work amazing as a freezer meal. Allow bagel sliders to cool completely. Wrap each bagel individually in cling wrap (parchment paper will also work) and then place wrapped sliders in freezer-safe container.
