Crock pot pork chops only need 4 ingredients to make creamy, juicy boneless pork chops that create a gravy, and delicious served over mashed potatoes, rice or noodles.
10.5ounce can of cream of mushroom soupcondensed, not with added water
10.5ounce can of cream of chicken soupcondensed, not with added water
Instructions
Place the 3-4 pounds boneless pork chops in the bottom of the crock pot, trying not to overlap the pork chops so they cook evenly.
Sprinkle the 1 ounce package ranch dressing seasoning mix over the top of the pork chops, trying to sprinkle it evenly.
In a small mixing bowl, mix together the 10.5 ounce can of cream of mushroom soup and 10.5 ounce can of cream of chicken soup. Then pour the soup mixture over the top of the pork chops, spreading it to cover the tops of the all of the pork.
Cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-8 hours.
Serve pork and gravy over mashed potatoes, noodles or rice.
