In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine cake mix, 2 eggs, ½ cup and vegetable oil with a spoon.
Next, add the chocolate chips and stir those in until fully incorporated.
Using a cookie scoop, (or a spoon, and rolling the cookie dough in to balls), spoon out cookie dough balls on to a lined baking sheet, placing the balls, 2 inches apart.
Place the baking sheet in to the preheated oven, and bake for 8 minutes. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 1-2 minutes before removing them, carefully, to a cooling rack. Allow the cookies to cool slightly before enjoying!

To Store: Store any leftover cookies in an airtight container (after they've cooled) and enjoy within 5 days. Tip: Place a piece of bread in the container with the cookies to help keep the cookies soft.To Freeze: Place in freezer-safe container for up to 3 months. (See post for best freezing tips.)
