Donut Bread Pudding
This
donut bread pudding recipe
is so easy and delicious, using simple ingredients; and glazed donuts or your favorite day-old donuts.

Ingredients
6
stale glazed donuts
2
tablespoons
melted butter
1
teaspoon
vanilla
4
beaten
eggs
2
cups
milk
1
teaspoon
cinnamon
Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease an 8x8 baking dish with nonstick spray or extra butter.
Cut up
6 stale donuts
in to small cubes and place in the greased baking dish. Pour melted butter over the top of the donuts.
In a medium mixing bowl, add in
4 beaten eggs
(or beat the eggs in the bowl before adding the following ingredients).
Add in the
2 cups of milk
,
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
, and
1 teaspoon of vanilla
extract and mix until combined well.
Pour the mixture over the cubed donuts. Let soak for 10 minutes.
Bake for 45 minutes. Serve warm. You can also top it with this

If you have donuts that are not stale, you can leave them out, uncovered, overnight.
