Energy Balls
No-bake energy balls are made of oats, peanut butter, honey, vanilla, a pinch of salt and mini chocolate chips.

Equipment

Ingredients

cup
oats
old-fashioned or quick
¼
cup
creamy peanut butter
or ½ cup for creamier energy balls
¼
cup
honey
½
teaspoon
vanilla extract
¼
cup
mini chocolate chips
optional

pinch
salt
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, mix together the honey, peanut butter, vanilla, salt, and chocolate chips together until combined.
Add in the oats and stir to fully combine.
Refrigerate the mixture for 30 minutes.
Roll the mixture in to small, bite-size balls and enjoy or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator to snack on.

Notes
When rolling the balls:
use clean hands
grab a small amount (what a bite-size would be) of the mixture
using your fingertips, gently press the mixture together to adhere the peanut butter to the oats to help secure the ingredients for a better hold
place the ball in to the palm of your hands and lightly rotate one hand in a clockwise motion, to form a ball.
