12 Hawaiian rolls
Melt the butter in a microwave safe bowl and brush the inside of the rolls, followed by a thin layer Dijon mustard. Place the bottom buns on the baking sheet, layer the ham and Swiss cheese followed by the tops of the buns. Lightly brush the tops of the buns before placing on each slider, then lightly sprinkle with some poppy seeds.
24 slices deli ham, 8 ounces Swiss cheese, 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, poppy seeds, 6 - 8 tablespoons Dijon mustard
Cover sliders with aluminum foil loosely over sliders and bake in oven at 350F for 15-20 minutes. Remove foil then place back in oven until tops are golden and enjoy!
Notes
You can use any meat and cheese here if you prefer a different type.
Not a fan of Dijon? Use stone-ground or yellow mustard.
You can also use "everything but the bagel seasoning" on top of the sliders instead of poppy seeds
