Peanut Pie
A rich and nutty Southern-style dessert, this easy Peanut Pie combines roasted peanuts with a sweet, gooey filling in a flaky pie crust.

Ingredients

eggs

cup
sugar

tablespoons
flour

teaspoon
salt

cup
dark corn syrup
2
tablespoons
melted butter

cup
roasted peanuts - salted
1
uncooked pie crust
Instructions
Place the unbaked pie crust in to a pie plate and press in to the pie plate.
In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs.
Next, add sugar, flour, salt, corn syrup and melted butter. Blend well with and hand mixer or stand mixer.
Add in the peanuts and stir them in in.
Pour the mixture in to the unbaked pie shell. Bake for 40 minutes at 350 F.
Remove from oven (pie should not jiggle) and allow to cool. Slice and serve.
