Why You'll Love This Peanut Pie
- Simple ingredients - All of the ingredients can commonly be found in almost all grocery stores.
- Nutty & sweet - The roasted salted peanuts balance the sweetness perfectly.
- Great for gatherings - Just like pecan pie, this dessert slices beautifully and makes a perfect potluck or holiday treat.
Ingredients
See the full list of ingredients and instructions in the recipe card below!

- eggs
- white granulated sugar
- all-purpose flour
- salt
- dark corn syrup
- melted butter – salted or unsalted will work
- roasted peanuts (salted)
- unbaked pie shell, or you can make your own homemade pie crust
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Place unbaked pie crust in pie plate.

- In a large bowl, beat the eggs until well blended.

- Add in the sugar, flour, salt, corn syrup, and melted butter. Mix until smooth.

- Stir in the roasted peanuts.

- Pour the mixture into the unbaked pie shell.

- Bake for about 40 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is golden brown.
TIP: After about 30 minutes of baking, check to see if the crust is turning too brown. If so, you can cover the crust edges with aluminum foil, or use a pie shield like I used below.

- Cool before slicing and serving.

Tips for the Best Peanut Pie
- Use roasted salted peanuts - They add that salty-sweet balance that makes this pie extra good.
- Don't overbake - The filling should be set but still a little soft in the center. It will firm up as it cools.
- Serve it up - This pie is delicious on its own, but a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream takes it over the top!

Storing Leftovers
Cover the cooled pie with plastic wrap or foil and store at room temperature for up to 2 days, or in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. You can also freeze slices (tightly wrapped) for up to 2 months. Just thaw and enjoy when the craving hits.
