Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Place a skillet on medium-low heat and add butter to melt. Add the onions and saute for about 5 minutes until softened and translucent, turning frequently to avoid burning. Transfer onions onto a plate to cool.
Using a stand mixer or a handheld mixer and a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add in the sour cream and Thousand Island dressing and mix to combine.
Stir in the remaining ingredients: the cooked onions, corned beef, sauerkraut, swiss cheese, dill relish, and Worcestershire sauce.
Pour dip and spread evenly into a 9-inch pie pan or baking dish.
Place the dip into the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes until the edges are golden brown and the dip is warmed through.
Add parsley and pepper garnish if desired.
Serve warm with a variety of foods for dipping including crackers, pretzels, bagel crisps, vegetables, and toasted rye or pumpernickel bread.
