This easy Stick of Butter Rice combines long-grain rice, French onion soup, beef broth, and a whole stick of butter for a rich, savory side dish that bakes to perfection in just over an hour.

Ingredients

long-grain white rice

can condensed French onion soup

ounce
can beef broth

1 stick unsalted butter, thinly sliced
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Lightly grease a 7x11-inch or similar-sized casserole dish.
Add the rice, French onion soup, and beef broth to the casserole dish and stir to combine.
Arrange the sliced butter evenly over the top of the soup mixture and cover the pan tightly with foil.
Bake for 40 minutes, then remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 15 minutes, or until the liquid is fully absorbed.
Fluff the rice with a fork, serve, and enjoy.
