Prepare the oven to 350 degrees and spray a 9x5 loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray.
In a large mixing bowl, beat together the eggs and water using a fork or electric hand mixer. Beat for about 1 minute.
Add in the stuffing mix, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well using a large serving spoon.
Add in ground beef, ½ cup ketchup and ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce. Mix well until the ground beef is evenly distributed throughout the mixture and well combined.
When the mixture is fully combined, pour into the bottom of the loaf pan, pressing the mixture firm into the edges and empty spaces and flat on the top. Set aside.
In a small mixing bowl, combine the remaining ketchup and 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce to create a glaze. Mix with a fork until fully combined.
Pour glaze over meatloaf, spreading evenly with the back of a spoon.
Place meatloaf inside the oven and cook for 45-50 minutes.
When done, carefully remove from heat and allow to cool inside the loafpan for about 5 minutes before serving.
