Add the whole chicken breasts to the slow cooker bowl along with the chicken broth. Slow cook on low for 3 - 4 hours or high for 2 hours.
Remove the chicken breasts from the slow cooker and shred using 2 forks. Drain the chicken broth from the slow cooker and discard.
Return the shredded chicken to the slow cooker along with the caesar salad dressing. Stir to combine and slow cook for a further 30 minutes. Stir through the parmesan cheese and finely chopped parsley.
Fill the burger buns with the romaine lettuce leaves and warm chicken caesar filling.

Notes
This chicken filling can be enjoyed both warm and cold. It is served warm in this recipe but also tastes fantastic cold the next day.
Caesar chicken can be served in croissants or on fresh Italian bread as well.
This recipe can easily be scaled up for a larger number of servings.
