Tip for a Fast Dinner
Using rotisserie chicken that you can buy at certain grocery stores, can save TONS of time in the kitchen. (Plus, you can make the most of that rotisserie by boiling the bones and carcass to make a chicken stock.)
Or, you could cook chicken in the slow cooker to save for future quick recipes like this one!
One-Pot Dish
Not only do I love the flavor or this recipe but the fact that it can all be cooked in one-pot, is even better, similar to our Blackened Chicken Alfredo and this crockpot chicken pasta.
After cooking the bacon, the rest of the ingredients (even the uncooked pasta) can be added right to the same dish and cook together!
This is the glorious deliciousness of the pasta before adding the BBQ sauce and shredded cheese.

This was a hit at my house. My daughter is taking the recipe home with her. We really enjoyed it as is but thought that we might also try it with mushrooms and bell pepper for a little more color. Thanks for sharing this nice keeper.
